I don’t leave reviews very often but I am very happy to leave a review for this purchase. I have had issues before with ordering from Facebook ads and was very skeptical. I decided to take the chance because I loved the idea of a hoodie with song lyrics printed on it. I ordered a pullover hoodie for my husband with his favorite band’s song on it for Christmas. First the ordering process was easy. The order came quickly and I am in love with this hoodie. It is high quality soft material. The wording is crisp and clear and accurate too. I can’t wait for my husband to see it on Christmas Day! I will definitely be ordering again soon!

If I could give zero stars I would! From the get go, we have had nothing but problems with this company. First, they sent out an email saying my items were shipped December 7, 2025...Excellent...off to a good start, so I though. When I did not receive the two sweatshirts I ordered in 8 days, I contacted the company asking for the tracking number. I received the tracking number and looked up where my item was located. Come to find out that the items were NEVER SHIPPED and sitting in their warehouse waiting to be picked up.!! Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I called them out on this via email. Their response said if I did not receive the items by Christmas, I would receive the items AND a refund. OK....I I though this was a positive solution, but still they did not take any responsibility for the email that said my item was shipped on December 7, 2025. That bothered me, but they were positive that I would receive them by Christmas. A bag was delivered to our house on 12/23/2025...excellent, I was happy and excited to open the bag...which appeared very small for two 3X sweatshirts. I opened the bag and it only had ONE sweatshirt, not the two I ordered. There was no second tracking number; both sweatshirts were to be in this one bag. So I again contacted the company, and they said someone must have taken it from the bag....NO....the bag the ONE sweatshirt came in would only fit one sweatshirt. There is no possible way two would have fit into the bag. I received excuse after excuse from the company which infuriated me more. I am short a Christmas gift on Christmas eve, and I do not shop on Christmas Eve, but this year I have to waste time and money to find a "filler gift" for my son. He would be very understanding, but honestly, it is not ok with me. Had the company said....We are sorry, we messed up.....I would have been understanding. However, with each step of their incompetence there was excuse after excuse, blame after blame, and no accountability on their part. I was really excited about presenting these gifts, but with one day until Christmas, I now have to rush out and buy a "filler gift" for the person who's sweatshirt is missing. The company still has not taken accountability for their series of mistakes. I feel that is the bigger issue, lack of an apologize. Things happen, mistakes happen, but when you push the can down the line and never take accountability for your mistakes, it leaves a raw taste in one's mouth. The company asked me to create a TikTok video or Instagram video on my experience. I believe I will do just this, but make it a series on the mistakes along the way of dealing with Tuneink. I have no idea how to make a TikToc video or Instagram video, but I will quickly have to learn. Hopefully our son will eventually receive his sweatshirt.....but at this point, who knows. All I know is that the likelyhood of me every doing business with this company again is super duper low. "Kevin" from TuneInk needs to hire some more competent workers who can read a packing slip and count to two and put two of the correct items in the bag of a customer who ordered two and ship the item when they say they shipped it. You may be wondering how the sweatshirt that arrived turned out. As far as quality and uniqueness....it hit the mark. I am pleased with the product, but there are other companies and individuals on Etsy who do the same thing. If I need another item with song lyrics, I will try one of them out instead. It would be difficult to have a worse experience full of lies and passing the buck. Who knows, maybe "Kevin" will actually personally reach out to me and offer a sincere apology regarding this series of lies and mistakes from the company.

Tuneink posts their address as 254 Chapman Rd. STE 208 #18370, Newark, Delaware 19702, United States, but the shipping status says it just cleared customs today, 12 days after my order was placed. The main reason I ordered was because it could quickly come from within the U.S. Soooo, not coming from the U.S.

It has been over a month and Item was promised before Christmas. Wrong!!!!! Now I am down 1 gift that I was excited about. Don't make promises you can't keep. I don't care if the shirt is amazing....... when it takes over a month I have to give it the thumbs down.

I was so excited to be able to order something different and absolutely cool! My sweatshirt was delivered a couple of days ago and it is awesome. To be able to find something that has individual meaning is special. I had some questions and they were able to answer them so this has been a positive experience!

My husband is turning 70.. He Loves Rock & Roll, Beatles, Stones...Neil Young... all of it. So, we learned of these shirts from another music lover. We heard they were quality, comfy. So.... I ordered a shirt with John Lennon's IMAGINE , words & lyrics all over..in Blue! Absolutely 100% Happy with this Shirt. Short sleeve button down... soft & washes well!! Love it! Great idea ... Very Nice Gift & a Keeper!!

This company is amazing!! I have shared this all over Facebook too!!! If I could give more stars I would!! The final product is incredible!!!! Top notch customer service as well!!!

Awesome shirt! Ordered 5x & is true to size. He is a huge music person & loves the shirt! Print clear, fabric soft. Shipping took a bit, but worth the wait
