I’ve ordered from them 2-3 times bc I do like their designs, I think they’re awesome. However, their shipping time and customer service is terrible! I didn’t get a response until my third email threatening a bad review…. And their response just told me the status of my package which I already knew and is what I was complaining about! It’s been 3 weeks and my package still says “ready to package” I ordered it for Christmas bc their shipping said it would come in about a week. But of course it’s now been 3 and it’s not even packaged with Christmas right around the corner. Now I know for next time if I need it delivered at a certain time to order 2-3 months in advance.

Love the merch but the shipping is killing you guys been waiting for over a month if you guys are waiting on stuff to get in it would be nice to let it be known

I got a box with multiple items. A few things that I didn’t like is that the shirts are very cheap and thin quality. I always wash my new clothes before wearing them and when I washed the shirts they pretty much fell apart at the seams. The backpack ad sweater are ok.. I can live with those.. proceed with caution and low expectations.

I ordered the Signature Hoddie and got it today, really awesome quality but their costumer service stinks! When i placed my order i got in my mail that it could take up to 2 weeks in worst case. Around 7 weeks later i received it, and they messed up the tracking as well. Not untill 2 weeks ago i got the correct tracking nr and company. And in order to get any answers after they stopped answered my inquiry about were my order is, i had to contact Order Protection. If you want awesome products and are not in a hurry and like generic answers and bad tracking, go for it. If not, surf along.

It seems like 90% of complaints are about shipping. I agree they take a while to ship, it’s slow, expensive, and hard to track, but it’s there. It’s legit. You get the items and the quality is okay. It’s not as bad as everyone makes it out to be, but definitely not worth the price. The price for the clothes and quality would actually be fair especially for the fandom (pretty nice for Yu-Gi-Oh stuff), but the surplus for shipping is the absurd part. You’d think $40USD-$50CAD would get you good shipping times, but definitely not. Will show up about a month after shipping. Including processing times at the border… which is also pretty dumb since they keep advertising it as an American company (idrc since I’m not American), but ships from China. Drops the expectation for the price I paid. This loses stars for each of the following: -1 stupidly absurd shipping prices for bad shipping practices. Way too long for way too high price. -1 misleading email ads. Says free shipping on the add. No terms and conditions anywhere. Still charged shipping. -1 wrong item sent. I just opened it a few moments ago because I really didn’t need another hoodie, but whatever, Black Friday sale was good. Wrong item sent. Gotta see how they solve this before I change this review. I’d give it a 4/5 for product alone, but the shipping price and handling practices are terrible.

I love the products on this sit but unfortunately after receiving 2/3 items on my last order and hearing nothing back from email support and the website help I have decided to leave this stanky 2 star review. Thanks. PS. Send me my dark magician long sleeve in large please

Ordered something for a friend's bday and it's been a whole month. 3-5 business days for shipping is absolute bull. Still haven't received it, still have no update or eta on if it's shipped or in route...
