Horrible customer service Ordered a hoodie and received the wrong item. Print was off-centered. Requested to have the right item shipped to me, they refused to ship it unless I shipped the wrong one back and had to wait until they received it to get the other one. It was for a birthday gift, so it would've definitely arrived late. If I wanted to somehow keep that horrible sweater, they would've only refunded me 15% for their OWN mistake. They didn't care at all. Had to ship the item back to them and PAY out of MY OWN pocket for shipping costs and they offered to refund 5% of my shipping costs, which ended up being around $1CAD. Treated me like an idiot. All the other "positive reviews" are clearly fake, don't trust this company. Until they get better customer service, quality items and a real reputation, you better spend your money elsewhere. Absolute waste of time and money.

Sent me the wrong item, made me pay to ship it back to get a refund. Didn't offer a shipping refund for their own mistake. Garbage customer service, if you order from them, hope that they send you the right item.

CUSTOMER SERICE??? Doesn't exist. My order shipped without items- I have called and emailed with zero response. Had to resort to reversing charges on my credit card. If you have any thoughts of a return or exchange- forget it! You're stuck with whatever they send, that is if they send it at all!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY

This is a worest sellers I knew in USA. The size the mention must be for chuawahua not humans. They mistreated my son by email. Said you are by your own thisbtime.They don't take return. They don't refund.

The first time i ordered from them, it was really hard getting the package. The second time, It never came. I mean, it was clothes for $100.... I talked with the support on and off for half a year and they just couldnt help me. So now a year later, nothing.

It took longer for my package to arrived! The merchandise were poorly packaged! The print on the hoodie was off-centered, the white shirts prints look cheap so as the hat! I contacted them for the defective hoodie and were only offered a partial refund! Very unhappy and disappointed on how they handle customer dissatisfaction!!! Definitely will not buy, will not recommend! Save your $!!!

Bought a variety of items only to receive the wrong one I emailed them and they told me a partial refund or ship the item back but shipping is on me as I live overseas. In the end they stopped replying and leaving me on seen. Lovely service, waste of money

Ordered 2 Large t shirts, however one arrived in XL and is too big for me. Customer service explained they could only give me $2 from the $15 shirt. It would be different if I ordered the wrong size but the fact that they stuffed up the order and could not fix it is just appalling. Definitely don’t recommend their services, they also did nothing to help out in the end.
