I ordered a month ago and the package hasn't even been shipped out yet. Customer service is dancing around not wanting to give me a refund. Its sad because I love their products but they can't seem to function like an actual company. I was told 5-7 business days. Then told to wait another week at least three times now. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Believe the bad reviews. Customer service is awful, and don't forget a NO REFUND POLICY. I tried to request a refund *before my item had shipped*, and since customer service took a long time to respond, the item was being shipped after they responded, leading them to not grant a refund. Extremely annoying, do not buy.

Bought two of the anime/JDM hoodies from the website. Pictures compared to the final product is definitely not what I expected. The printing of the image has to be one of the worse I’ve seen in years, looks like it was barely printed and faded out in the process. Can’t believe they would send products like this not be ashamed of it. Tried to return but would not let me since of their policy. Never will support this business again. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to support their business

I ordered a Yugioh sweater that was quite expensive, the feeling of the sweater is very uncomfortable and cheap feeling. Within 2 washes and wears there is already a tear in the pouch pocket. When I reached out to the seller to complain their response was that the crap material is due to the dye process and the best they can do is offer 10% off on another product that is not yugioh related and would not exchange it for a different better feeling product because its been washed. Very expensive sweater for poor quality and poor customer experience.

ordered 3 boxes and received the same shirt x9, long sleeve x3 and hoodie x3 and their response was ridiculous at best, dont order this crap, i should've taken the hint when I couldn't find a phone number and all they told me was that the tshirts in the box was everything they had available, go to HARDTUNED they have a phone number for customer service

The mystery box is SO SAD, don’t think you are buying anything like what they advertised. The “MYSTERY BOX” is NOT what they advertised, I know because my daughter bought one for my son at Christmas, it came in a SAD DIARRHEA BROWN BOX, when it was advertised in a Christmas box! SHE CHOSE THE GIFT BECAUSE OF THE BEAUTIFUL BOX THEY ADVERTISED! OBVIOUSLY NOT BECAUSE OF CONTENTS ARE THE MYSTERY! The ONLY THING YOU DO KNOW IS WHAT THE BOX LOOKS LIKE AND THAT IS A LIE, FLAT OUT LIE, FALSE ADVERTISING! The clothing is mediocre but has cool designs. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A VOICE MAIL THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SET UP. THEY DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE and STILL HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY EMAILS.

Freaking scammers autogenerated customer service replies. Don't order trust me they will take your money and not send you anything.Thiefs fraudaulent company. Spend your money somewhere else at a legit place.

Got my box after 4 months, and it wasn't even what I ordered. They put in a random ass ugly shirt that was not even supposed to go in the fall bundle. When I emailed them about it they said the fault was on my end and for that, it was not refundable. Think twice if you want to spend $115 for this and wait 4 months or even longer on things that are not as good as advertised and trash af customer service.
