I ordered 50 Muscadet Lily bulbs. When they arrived they did not look good. Many had green spots and they were dried out. I planted them anyway hoping they would grow but not even one bulb had shoots that penetrated through the soil. They seem to have offered low prices on bulbs that were worth zero to get rid of them in July. They would not refund my money citing a very complicated guarantee policy, so I told them I would erect a website that detailed a list of unhappy customers and my own personal story. So far they were unmoved. This company engages in interstate fraud and sends products that are worth nothing. Many people have had the same complaints yet it stays in business. Find another vendor because their ratings are mediocre to dismal. On one site with dozens of complaints, the average score is 1.5 out of a possible 5 stars.

I ordered a Iris (rhizome) it came today, all dried up, crisp dry, falling apart I have ordered from other companies and never have the looked like this

The Gladiola I ordered were a mixed 100, and a mixture of red white and blue, I planted 200 comers and from that a mere 5 developed into blooming plants. I spoke with customer service and was told if they sprout that is considered a viable plant, regardless if they develop a bloom spike. The rep offered a 1/3 credit ( no money return) but i have to manually apply for that and she will send the instructions on how to do it, here is the actual communication . I am sorry they did not grow for you. You should receive the email shortly with details and instructions on how to use it. I voiced my disappointment and was told to dig these up for next year and they should do better. I did not order comers for next year, I ordered comers for viewing this season. here is her response; Since they did grow, they are viable growing plants. They should do better next season, you will need to let them die out without cutting them back, then unearth them in fall, store in a cool/dry/dark place and replant in spring. I should have stayed with the company i normally order from. I must add the other items in the order did well and I am happy with them, but to get so little results on the glads is disappointing, the customer service though was the slap in the face...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM< THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS

Ordered 3 Sun Hosta. The box came with the 3 Hosta roots that were dead! Called to complain…they sent another 3 hosta roots free of charge, that were almost dead but planted w/ good dirt plenty of water & sun… been almost a month & nothing! Don’t buy from them!

Only the glads came up. All other bulbs were either dead, rotten, or so weak they did not come up. what a waste

I would leave NO stars if I could. This company has TERRIBLE, nonexistent customer service. They sent me ONLY the items I had DELETED from my Order. I have contacted them six times, by voicemail and by email, asking for a shipping label to return the UNWANTED items. NO RESPONSE! This is a terrible company. DO not order from them. You will be sorry.

My situation was not isolated, seems the negative reviews are pretty much like mine. After reading through them, I realized all of the bulbs I planted last year, approximately 40 different bulbs or more, only. 5 came back this year. Seems their products are not good, actually horrible. Policies are to,protect them. When I think of all of the money I spent, it was a waste of money. Save your money, time, effort and energy, do not buy from this company, you will be gravely disappointed. They will lie to you. Obviously they do not have quality control, or these molded, dead bulbs would never be sent out. Way to go tulip world…side note, I have at least 8 family and friends that ordered and ALL HAD ISSUES….
