Hi Diana, Thank you for your review of our company. We are sorry to hear that the lily bulbs in your order arrived in a condition that you feel made them not suitable for planting. Lilies do have a tendency to sprout later in the planting season in storage, even when we keep them in a cool location. However, we understand their is a certain level of growth that may make them unacceptable for planting. That is why we asked for pictures. Our customer service team is a bit overwhelmed with customer inquiries due to the prime growing and planting season. That is most likely why you haven't heard back from us yet. However, we want to make sure your needs are taken care of quickly so we will try to reach out to you here, on Trust Pilot. UPDATE: It appears on June 18th, a customer service representative issued a refund for 1 of the lily items and sent a replacement for the other package.

Hi Jackie-- Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the delayed response, we did receive your email on Friday. A customer service specialist will be sending an email today to resolve the problems with this order. We have talked further with Jackie, and have issued a refund for all the clematis in her order.

We did find your order for Albomaculata Calla Lilies in our system and have sent a copy of the confirmation again. Hi Darlin- Thank you for your email with our company. We are sorry to hear that the calla lilies had a couple of questionable bulbs in the package. Tulip World has a 100% Grow Guarantee and we would be happy to send a replacement order to make up for the bulbs that were not in good condition. We will reach out here to get your order information so we can get the replacement order set up. We have contacted this customer by email and set up a replacement order to ship a new package of calla lilies. On 6/8/2021 we have reached out to the customer via email to get more information on the replacement package of 5 calla lilies that was sent for the 2 calla lilies in the original order that were received in poor condition.
