Customer service was great, but the front row hooks for my jeep wrangler 4xe weren’t too secure they were loose and I would be fixing them but they finally flew off at a busy car wash so I don’t have them anymore smh they were so cute too how sad :/ the back hook is perfect so far that one is secure and fit snug. EDIT: SHOUT OUT TO DARYL HE SAW THE REVIEW REACHED OUT AND SENT ME IMPROVED REPLACEMENTS THAT ARE 10000% SOLID, THE NEW HOOKS ARE MORE SECURE AND HAVE AN ADDED PIECE THAT NOW KEEPS THE HOOKS LATCHED ON, I HAVE TESTED THEM THROUGH THE CAR WASH AND RUGGED TERRAIN!!! Definitely a customer first company I really appreciate the customer service 10/10 recommend this company and product to people!!!!
