Bought items online. They sent the wrong size shirts. Been trying for weeks now to get them to resolve the issue. Will resort to a charge back since all my emails have been ignored. Update: They responded and made it right. Took a minute but Im glad it worked out

Had a problem with my order and wasn't expecting it would be resolved, however had a nearly instantaneous response from them and they resolved it straight away. Product is good quality, although doesn't quite match the imagery portrayed on their website.
