I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered a month ago. Haven't shipped anything. Won't respond to emails. Got scammed. Stay away from this company.

Damn I hate getting ripped off
Damn I hate getting ripped off, ordered this product 2 months ago and still don't have it. I even fell for the extra shipping costs to guarantee fast shipping. Contacted them to request a refund and all they say is it's on its way. Reading all these reviews I'd say it's not on its way. Looks like another one of these fraudulent sites....I need to stop ordering from these sites....buy local and don't get ripped off! Time to contact PayPal and the credit card fraud department.

It’s an absolute joke.they will send you something which look anything but what you ordered. I could have given them a negative million start but the option was just from 1-5

The greatest RORT of all time
The greatest RORT of all time. Have been waiting over 8 weeks for an envelope of goods. Told it had been shipped and blamed the Coronavirus, I ordered well before it was a thing and still waiting. How hard is it to put 2 things in an envelope and post it, how can it take 8 weeks to do that. Either employ more staff and get another business, or, here's an idea, JUST HURRY UP AND POST THE STUFF. I purchased through PayPal so I expect a refund after a bit of time. Never order anything from Facebook, they are just as bad for allowing these crooks to operate on their platform.

They shouldn't even get One Star!! This is a scam and I can't understand how Facebook can allow fraudulent websites like this advertise on FB. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR MY $89!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM: BubblyKitty/TuesdayCrate.com I wish I found this review site before I ordered a month ago. I placed my order via their website. Got a confirmation it was being packaged up and given a tracking number. Well, tracking shows it's in CHINA! I figured I would give it a week or two. Nothing came. Gave it another week. Nothing. So I emailed them via tuesdaycrate.com. I got a response saying according to their policy, they're going to charge me a restocking fee of $5 and if its even approved for a refund. What? They don't even keep the item in inventory so why should I pay a restocking fee? And why would approval be necessary? SCAM! Right away I reported them to my bank fraudulent department and filed a claim. I emailed them back saying they'd better refund my card immediately and remove my personal info from their records. They claim excellent customer service and support. NOT!
