SCAMMERS ! Do not order from this company. Over a month ago I ordered an item. Emailed them and they responded that item had just been shipped out and gave a bogus tracking number. I have reached out to them several more times and now they don't respond. So I have contacted my credit card company and have just began a dispute and investigation into this FAKE company. DO NOT ORDER FROM TUESDAY CRATE....then on the statement they bill it under BubblyKitty Mississauga Ontario....BEWARE BEWARE!!

I’m still waiting for my order. After reading all the negative comments, I hope I will still get my order. It now July 2, 2020 and I have not received my order. I’ll m going to report you to the FTC and hope that Facebook stops advertising your product. It’s been over 3 months. All the negative comments on Trust Pilot are true.

I placed an order with them on Friday, May 8, 2020 and cancelled it first thing on Monday, May 11, 2020. There is no way that according to their info, they could have done anything. Since then I have written every day demanding my credit card be reimbursed as I had cancelled. This morning I got a patronizing email saying that my order had been sent for shipment and that they are so sure I wanted to get my order soon, but because of the Coronavirus, things are delayed! Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS to use this as an excuse. I'm a low income senior, and as many people, need every cent....not to be abused by scammers!

Totally fraudulent company using false tracking numbers. Don't deal with this company.

BUYER BEWARE: Worst shopping experience ever so I believe this company may be a complete fraud. Two weeks after ordering, I tried to look up the shipping ETA. Someone from their Customer Service department emailed me saying it could take up to 6 weeks to ship. So I asked to cancel my order. Was told they cannot cancel it because it was already sent to the warehouse to ship out. Checked back 2 weeks later, same response. So I checked my credit card statement to find the charge under the name "Bubbly Kitty" out of Mississauga, Ontario. Either this company is a total fraud or they have the absolute worst customer service on the planet.

SCAM!! I am so glad my card company declined my $60 purchase, and I had the money in my account! But it kept declining the charge..trying to buy the grass sprayer that was on Facebook!
