TubeBuddy keeps charging my card, and I'm sure that I have unsubscribed. I haven't used the service for two years, and still get charged!

i thought the product worked but they made it so difficult to cancel. i have managed to do it (i think) but just in case and because i don't trust them i'm currently blocking them on my bank account also. i don't like when people do business in this manner. i'm also a busy person so there's a lack of respect there for my time also

Logging in with Google compromises your account to be sold. They try to gain Youtube account access, then will sell subscriptions to your account. I suddenly found myself subscribed to many random channels (each have 200k+ subscribers and about 10 views each video), this was the only app that has access to subscribe to channels on my behalf. DO NOT USE, DO NOT SIGN UP. If you already signed up with Google, immediately look up how to remove a Linked App from your Google Account

The product is fine but doesn't give that much benefit giving the expense. The Bigger issue is I canceled the service within the year in 2023 and just found out they charged me in 2024 and last month 2025. They don't send you an invoice, so you'll never see the annual bill if you miss it on your credit card. It's very sleazy how they force you into a subscription and continue to charge when it's cancelled. There's no one to speack to or number to call so I'm in dispute for the charges with my credit card company. Very sleazy, sneaky business practices. Buyer Beware once they have your credit card information they'll charge you forever.

I had a great experience with customer experience. Not so much the tool. Many recommendations regarding tags and titles didn't move the needle for me. Adversely, I found better results by using other tools for tags, thumbnail review, and titles. When I canceled the service, it was one of the smoothest processes ever. A quick response. A fast refund. And good follow up. I wish the worked better, but it could be it wasn't good for my niche.

Once you start a plan there's no way of cancelling it. They do not send a renewal notice and you don't get an invoice they just take money from you account without explanation. Stay away from them
