This is a scam
This is a scam. I paid for 1 month and canceled the day I received the product. It DOES NOT WORK. Also it took 10 days to receive and they want to charge me for another month or $5 to cancel. Please stay away and do not get scammed. There is no number to discuss the matter, they only have email that they hide behind to harass you. 4 people I have responded to but no one can talk to me on the phone.

All billing terms, including any recurring options, are disclosed at checkout before purchase. If a subscription option is selected, future shipments are scheduled according to those terms unless canceled within the stated timeframe. Cancellation policies and any associated processing fees are outlined clearly in our terms and confirmation emails. Shipping times can vary depending on order volume and carrier delays, but most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout. If your package took longer than expected, that may have been due to carrier transit times rather than processing delays. Regarding support, we currently provide assistance through email so that all communication is documented and handled in the order received. This allows us to properly review order details and apply policies consistently. We do not hide from customers, and we do not harass customers. Our team responds based on the order information and the terms agreed to at purchase. If you would like your case reviewed again, please reply directly to your existing support thread with your order number so a supervisor can re-check the cancellation timing and billing status.
