Response from TstriveAug 14, 2026

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the subscription and additional charge. Tstrive does not force customers into subscriptions. Subscription options are selected during checkout and are offered at a discounted rate compared to the standard one-time purchase price. The $33 charge you mentioned is not a fee simply to cancel. If a customer cancels before the second subscription charge is processed, the discount difference between the subscription price and the standard retail price may apply, as outlined in the subscription terms provided before purchase. If you have questions about your specific account or charge, please send your order details to our support team at [email protected] so we can review and clarify further.

We’re sorry to hear that you have not experienced the results you were hoping for. Tstrive is designed to support weight management over time, but results can vary from person to person based on individual body chemistry, consistency, lifestyle, diet, activity level, and other factors. Regarding the additional charges, any subscription or optional plan selected during checkout renews according to the terms provided at the time of order unless canceled. That said, if you emailed multiple times and did not receive a response, we understand your frustration and would like to review the account history. Please send your order details and prior email history to our support team at [email protected] so we can check your original order, review the additional charges, confirm the cancellation status, and assist with any eligible refund options under our policy.
