We’re sorry this experience left you feeling blindsided by charges and subscription terms you weren’t expecting. There are two separate plans involved here. The $19.99 Peak Performance Challenge is a separate digital program presented during checkout that begins with a trial and renews unless canceled. We’re glad to hear that future charges for that program have now been stopped. The T-Strive supplement subscription is separate. Subscription orders receive a discounted price compared with the regular one-time purchase price. If the supplement subscription is canceled before the required second order, the difference between the discounted price and the standard one-time price may apply. This is not a $60 fee simply for canceling, although we completely understand why it can feel that way when you weren’t expecting the subscription in the first place. We also understand the bigger concern here: customers should feel clear about what they’re agreeing to before completing an order, especially when more than one recurring plan may be involved.
