The Ordering process was not clear and added items I didn't want to the order. It constantly asks you to add more items and when you try to click not thank you, it moves things around and got me to click something, but it didn't show up until later and I wasn't allowed to back out. This gives me a bad taste for the validity of the product and whether it is a legitimate company.
