Response from TstriveOct 1, 2026

We’re sorry to hear that T-Strive did not provide the results you were hoping for and that the subscription experience left you feeling misled. T-Strive is designed to support men’s wellness, energy, and weight management, but individual results can vary based on factors such as body chemistry, consistency, diet, activity level, age, and lifestyle. Subscription plans renew according to the terms selected during checkout, and renewal reminder emails may be sent before the next charge. We understand your concern that, if you were no longer engaging with product emails because you were dissatisfied, the upcoming renewal may have been easy to miss. Returns and refunds are handled according to the applicable policy and order timeline. If you believe the subscription terms, renewal, or return eligibility were not clear in your case, please send your order details and prior communication to our support team: [email protected] Our team can review the original checkout selection, renewal timeline, cancellation request, and any eligible refund or return options under our policy.
