Dear Trent, Thank you for shopping with us. Could we ask which size you choose when placing the order? Please take a photo of the size tag on the item to our customer support email [email protected]. If they are not the same, we will take responsibility to send the correct one instead without any fee. However, if you received a size that is the same as what you ordered and it doesn't fit, we are sorry that we cannot support an exchange for another one as this is not our fault. A size chart with the correct measurements has been clearly posted on our website. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to receiving a photo of the item's size tag. --------------- -- Warm regards, Zoe Mcfadyen Customer Success Manager, TALP LLC
