I expected the delivery with in 10 days like you said instead it took 3 and a half weeks and I had to leave for Florida and I explained that to you and you sent anyway so I am not there to receive it in Delaware so it’s setting outside my house because I am not there. I will never order from you again

The back of the shirt is not legible. When I asked for a refund I was informed that I could purchase a different shirt for an additional cost but that they don’t want this shirt back and my money will not be refunded. Be very careful what you purchase from this company.

After a problem with the first shirt…a word misspelled…I was in touch by email to explain the situation. A company representative was back in touch in just a few hours, thanked me for my message, and promised that a new shirt was on its way. It arrived 4 days later. I wish every problem was that easy to fix! I’m very happy with my experience, my shirt, and the outstanding customer service I received. Way to go, y’all! TK

This company does not do returns once an item is shipped, so if you don't like your purchase, you are stuck. Read the item description carefully! what good is a one-sided flag when it blows back and forth? Chalk this one up to "lesson learned." '
