I would not buy from them ever again
I would not buy from them ever again. I put in a couple of requests with no answer. On my bank account it says reoccurring charge. I've asked a couple of times why. No response to this question. Tried calling the company. I bought one coffee cup. The company is based in Singapore so there is an international fee as well. Says printed in America. Over all beautiful coffee cup rest of the service is seriously lacking.

Hi Maggie, We're truly sorry for this unexpected situation. It's our fault but we've gone ahead to check and noticed that your email was missed. I understand that it upset you so much, and this wasn't my intention. To be honest, this is the first time we met this case when you said that you've suffered from reoccurring charge for the coffee cup and the charge for international fee. Could you please tell me the amount of inter fee you've paid and we're happy to refund it to your account. Please contact us through email to be served more carefully. And finally, we'd like to ask for a screenshot of the fee you charged then we'll definitely refund it to you. Thank you so much for your patience, Kindly, Charlies.

I was unaware of the business being located overseas. However, the shirt arrived in due time and my mother is thrilled with it.
