Please see the image here: https://imgur.com/G8M2Onb Clearly, in the previous email, you said you need to exchange the new one with the different size (size L). We've gone ahead to ship the relaplacement size L and provide the tracking number for you. And now, you said that and rated our website bad, which make we're confused. If in the previous email you said you needed a refund, we would do that for you. BUT, you said you need an exchange, so we sent you a new replacement. That makes sense.
