Hi Brad, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was not a good one with us as we try to make online ordering as painless as possible. However, after further research of your order, what came over from the website to our Admin system was a black shirt and that's what we sent you. We have received your return and have refunded your money back on the card that was used. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to show on your account. We will take this issue as a learning experience to check into our system and see if any improvements need to be made to the ordering process. We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and hope that there is a next time you will order from us and give us the opportunity to prove to you that we will and have improved this process. Thank you!

Hi Ross, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. However, we have received your inquiry on 5/11/17 and we show that we sent you a response to said inquiry on 5/12. Our expanation may not be what you wanted to hear, however due to complexities of shipping overseas, the process we outlined to you is unfortunately what is needed to complete your request. We want nothing more than to provide you with what you want and are more than willing to continue to talk through what is needed to make this happen. Should you have more questions or just need to talk to us to better understand what is needed, please don't hesitate to contact us on our toll free number 866-304-7189. Thank you!
