Poor service
Poor service, I haven't receivedan item I ordered and paid on 10/09/2017. I paid priority delivery.

Hello Moises - please note USPS Priority refers to transit time once the order/item has shipped and does not refer to total delivery time from the day the order was placed. I'd be happy to check on your order if you still have not received it - do you have an order number? I do not show any orders from you on 10/9 in my system so any help you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

I paid extra to have 2 shirts sent to …
I paid extra to have 2 shirts sent to my home so that I would have them for the following week and they did not arrive. I paid 20.00 extra for this expedited service. At this time I would not recommend this company to anyone since they can't seem to do what they charge for. Steve

On 8/7 @ 11:31 am a confirmation email was sent to you showing the item you ordered was on back order. Unfortunately, our supplier is out of stock on this particular item and we were just made aware that they expect to receive it around 9/30/17. If this is too long to wait we can try to find you something similar from our other rain jackets that we sell.
