Rain pants and coats are fine
Rain pants and coats are fine, pockets on pants do not seal and let rain in. Shirts were a bad purchase on my part, the 3M tape is sewn on and constricts too much. That's my mistake, usually I spend $28 each for shirts with sprayed on Hi-Vis but allow movement

As you have stated the reflective stripe does come in two ways, being sewn on, which is more restrictive or with an adhesive tape which does allow more flexibilty.
