As per your order confirmation sent on 11/8, the vests you ordered were on back order. The items came in on 11/20 and the item fulfillment email with tracking was sent to you ([email protected]) on 11/21 at 9:47 AM notifying you your order had shipped. According to that tracking info, your package is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday 11/29 so it will in fact be there before Christmas. Thank you for the order, and Happy Thanksgiving!

The one item you ordered was shipped from our supplier's warehouse in Washington but the other two items you ordered was shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina so the total of $33 for shipping is to ship these items to you from two different places. Now, with that being said we will still take this situation very seriously and look to see how we can improve on the shipping costs.
