I ordered a women's Eddie Bauer Fleece Vest because I was replacing one purchased directly from Eddie Bauer about five years ago. Your vest arrived yesterday (11/24/2017) with a broken zipper. In addition, the zipper slider was inserted on the wrong side? The zipper itself was very narrow compared to my older vest and the quality of the zipper, the fabric of the vest and even its color were below my expectations. I will be returning your vest today via Priority Mail (USPS). I am hoping to receive a full refund since I could not zip up the vest AT ALL! Thank you.

Extremely thin, much thinner than advertised. Would return but having to pay you to return items I'm not satisfied with is ridiculous. Last time buying from you.

Don't get me wrong, the stuff you sell is high quality and very nice, but your shipping methods suck. I now have half of my order and it's been about 2 weeks since I ordered everything and with the numerous emails I've received regarding my order I don't even know if I'll be getting the last piece. I'd love to give you the full 5 starts but I can't when it takes forever to send 2 pieces of clothing and there's no clear communication as to where it is.

We were in dire need of this order and instead received someone elses order.

I'm new to this website. The website designed very well, but orders do not getting on time. I didn't have any issues when I called them to return the item - stuff were very nice, quick and polite. But I got very confused when orders come in partial filled. I received an email from the agent stated the order 2208955 fulfilled. Unfortunately, we didn't got 1 item from the list, its on the backorder. All country go to paper less system and I wish that IT added better truck system to the web, where I would open my order and I would see a status of it (backorder/hold) and estimated delivery time. Also my supervisor found out and share with me that better to order small orders and its getting faster than a lot of items ( Nice to know as well)

Place an order 3 weeks ago still haven't gotten my order. Called customer service on Friday, lady told me that someone was going to be contacted me on Monday nobody did. Still haven't received a tracking number for my package that never arrived

They sold me exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with that. The problem I have is the shipping charges. I purchased a $15.99 hat and had to pay over $17 shipping!? Lower your shipping charges to match what you are shipping.
