Great product. You are doing a great job. What you need to change. Make subscription optional for those that like subscriptions. And offer buy when needed option for those who prefer to reorder when needed. I despise subscriptions. It's like a uncontrollable conveyor belt full . That just keep forcing you to accept what you don't need.
