Do not buy this product. They sent me a 3 pack with no labeling or manufacturer at all. Nobody would risk using it for themselves or their family. I googled the packaging and they’ve done a copy of Gurunanda and there is no guarantee of what’s in the bottles. They wouldn’t give a refund and said they were rebranding and some labels didn’t get their details. They’d only refund for side effects which I won’t be finding out about as it’s obviously a scam. Don’t risk it. But elsewhere.

Ive tried many different cleansing product. Wild Harvest stood out among the rest immediately. It really helped in a very noticeable way & I used it over the summer!! Thank you!

Had an issue with the package the product was shipped in as the product got damaged. I contacted customer support and in a couple of days a replacement product is being shipped out. Thank you for the experience!

Order. I experienced the same problem as many of your clients, being put automatically onto a ongoing delivery, without being notified. I've sent an email to the team and am waiting for their confirmation that I've asked for cancellation of any other order in the future. It is disappointing that you do not raise the flag when you intend to continue delivering products without asking for the client. I hope you will cancel any delivery from now on.

I ordered a 2 kit 2 month supply. Without my knowledge they placed me on a re-order, and took money again from my credit card a month later. I spotted it and immediately responded and asked them to cancel my automatic opt-in for reorder (that I did not ask for). They apologised for their slow response (...), and told me I was too late, that the order (that I did not place) was already shipped - and because there was nothing wrong with their product, that I was not entitled to a refund. The person responding to my repeated emails requesting a refund did not sign their name to their emails - despite me requesting that they identify themselves. Very shoddy and underhand practice. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Bought what was advertised as a “2 Kit – 2 Month Supply” and later discovered I’d been put onto an ongoing monthly subscription. I certainly didn’t knowingly intend to sign up for recurring deliveries. Cancelling was ridiculous — about five separate steps, with buttons you have to scroll to find and repeated discount offers to stay subscribed before it finally let me cancel. I now have multiple unopened bottles I don’t want. I offered to return the lot for a refund; they eventually told me not to return them and have now refused any refund. I also asked some pretty basic questions about their ingestible supplement — who actually manufactures it, where it’s made, manufacturing/GMP standards, batch testing and Australian regulatory status. None were answered. For a company selling products you’re supposed to ingest, trust and transparency matter. After this experience, I have neither.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. They ship from a company in China and for whatever reason, this company was unable to deliver to my address (even though I’ve never had this issue). Now I’m asking the company for a refund for product I never received and the most they’re willing to offer me is 30% back.
