I didn't realize I had ordered with the subscription option my first time, and the reminder email went to spam. When I got the email that my next order was processing, and wasn't even done with our first product... I reached out to customer service. I received a prompt response, they were very professional, and resolved my situation quickly, and to my complete satisfaction. I haven't used the product long enough to properly review that, but their customer service is top notch.
