This company I feel is a scam. I wasted $140 on a cleanse is my honest opinion. I ordered for my 3 children and when we got to the third bottle it was fermented and tasted like straight alcohol. My kids couldn’t choke it down and I wasn’t about for force it. I tried that dose and it in fact tasted like straight alcohol mixed with a tiny bit of berry flavor. It was very inconsistent with what we’d tasted before. When I reached out to customer service I told them I felt as though my money had been wasted because everything you read on the website states that you have to be consistent for the cleanse to be effective. Our cleanse that I paid a lot of money for was halted due to their companies mistake not mine because up to that point we’d been very consistent with it. All customer service offered to do was send me one replacement bottle. Our entire cleanse was ruined $140 down the drain and all I get is 1 single bottle that’s worth absolutely nothing to me now. I don’t even know what to do with it. I should have been offered a full replacement cleanse or my money back. Any reputable company would have rectified their mistake but this company did not. Seems pretty scammy to me.”

This product is dangerous. My children ranging from the ages of 3 to 14, and my self took this for 3 days and we all started to developed dark circles under the eyes. I found out that this product that was marketed for health was actually hepatotoxic and depleting my children of all their nutrients, and making them dehydrated. Not only did they never answer my questions upon the matter, when I ordered the product a different email was inserted where mine should be so somebody else running the website got all my information and conformation emails. Horrible company in my opinion.

I order my son 2 kits and never got it that’s a lot of money . He he’s GI problems I am very sad.

This product was recommended by a family member for my 4 year old and so we tried it. A few hours later after her first dose, my 4 year old started vomiting and did that every few hours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! Will not continue to use and will warn other parents about this.

I ordered i cleanse kit and then I ordered the 3 months worth of cleanse kits since it seemed like an ok deal. I recieved just the one cleanse kit, not the 3 months worth. Been emailing them for what? A week or 2? Still haven't resolved anything. Give me my money back!

This company uses underhanded business practices like signing you up for autoship or renew without your knowledge. Do not recommend for this simple fact. You cannot trust a company that is dishonest in how it conducts its business.

This company defaults every purchased into a renewal subscription unless you deselect a box, whereas most companies provide an option for you to select a renewal subscription if you so choose. This is an extremely deceitful practice and demonstrates that they care more about money than they do their customers. I ordered from them, but didn’t notice the box for renewal subscription when I checked out. I had no idea I was on a subscription renewal plan until I received an email at approximately 2:30am the other day stating that I had been charged again, and that it would take 7-14 business days for the product to ship. As soon as I saw the email, I immediately reached out to them to notify them that I didn’t sign up for the subscription renewal program, that I didn’t want any further products, and to cancel the order. They didn’t respond for five days. FIVE DAYS. When they finally did respond, they told me it was too late to cancel the order as the product had already shipped and there was nothing they could do about it. How convenient… At that point, the onus is on them, not me. I let them know that with a well thought out (non explicit, albeit deserved) email. They replied that they’d be willing to refund 50% of the second charge. I replied, absolutely not, I didn’t sign up for the subscription plan, your website defaulted me into it, I reached out to you in a timely manner about the issue, and you failed to respond in a timely manner. Their next response was a duplicate of the one prior. At that point I disputed the charge as fraud with the credit card company as that’s what it is. Fraud. Clearly they have absolutely zero regard to proper customer service and don’t care about their customers in the slightest. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Their customer “service” is appalling, their practices deceitful, and to top it all off, their products weren’t even that great. Would not recommend in the slightest and I’d give them zero stars if I was allowed to.
