I never received my orders, requested a address change, did not get an email response until my orders were already delivered to the incorrect address (6 business days later). Requested a refund because I paid over $80 on 2 separate orders. I still have bot received a response it has been a week! I want my money back! Worst customer service I have ever received! Update: Thank you Christina for all your help! I received the product I paid for to the correct location and my son is loving it. I have not yet seen a change in eating habits or improvement in sleeping and behavior. So I am updating to 4 stars for now. Thank you once again(:

Bought as a birthday present for my hubby. On opening I thought the mats were very thin and not like on the adverts. Once fitted they are bulges in places and not quite a snug fit in others. The hubby really likes them, so that's all that matters. Glad I didn't pay the full asking price for them, as I would have sent them back.
