I bought a total cleanse and tried it but it didn’t really work for us. I had to contact them to help cancel subscription and they were very kind and helpful. They also responded very quickly. The customer service was excellent!

The customer service was amazing. I accidentally added something to my order that I didn’t want and April quickly helped me resolve the problem and get my money back.

Ordering through Velvra was incredibly seamless, I thought everything had gone perfectly, then, following my order I received an email from their customer support team. They let me know that they noticed that I had placed what looked like duplicate orders, and they asked me if I intentionally wanted to place the order for the high number of kits I had ordered - which I had not. I'm so grateful that they intercepted my duplicate orders before they all went through and sorted everything out! To top it off, they even applied my 10% off discount to the order that I wanted to apply but didn't work when I placed the order. So helpful! Their attention to detail and wonderful customer service was such a breathe of fresh air! I haven't even tried the product yet and I'm already giving them raving reviews! Bravo!

I placed an order, and misread some of the promotions I added to my cart which brought me a much higher total than expected. I also somehow signed up for 2 subscriptions. Seen as how my order already shipped when I saw the extra charges and tried to cancel, they refunded me 50% of my order and took care of the subscriptions for me. The customer service was fast, and I was shocked that even though it already shipped they offered a partial refund. If I could give 20 stars for their customer service I would!!! I can't wait to try it out!

I just want to say that when I didn't get my order in and they send me to Erin to the support team she really helped me out and I finally was able to finally get my order I really appreciate everything that she has done she's amazing and I just want to thank Velvra for the product that y'all have put out I heard very good reviews on it and I'm really hoping that this helps my child out as well as I hear as a helps other people out with their children I think how so much ,Ashley
