They were quick to respond, and so friendly. They were accomodating to my situation which made it stress free and so comforting that real people with understanding and compassion still exist in this world.

I genuinely like the product but there was a misunderstanding about the subscription, I did not notice I was subscribed for longterm, and when I asked my subscription to be cancelled, Velvra customer service was highly responsive and solved all my questions. Thank you!

Susan
Thank you, the Bonder came today so now we have all 6 sets. I think everyone is feeling somewhat better since starting taking these 2 (morning & evening). I truly hope you all have a wonderful day and weekend
Response from VelvraAug 17, 2026
Hi Susan, Six sets is a serious commitment, and "somewhat better across the board" is a solid signal for the whole group. Christina will follow up in a separate email today with a few pointers to help move "somewhat better" toward "really better" over the rest of the cleanse. Thank you for the warm words. Good week to you too. — The Velvra Team
