Scam, poor quality and doesn’t do refunds. Essentially what everyone else said. Dunno why this company thinks I won’t simply go to my bank and initiate a chargeback.

Ordered December 17 2025. “Received” the package February 5 2026 - WITHOUT GETTING NOTIFIED! The package was 2 days away from being returned - I was lucky to remember that I had ordered the shirts and went in to their tracking mail (which was sent to mid January), and check the order from there… Also the shipping says to come from YanWen and NOT Tone Tec. The product was marketed as high quality etc. found the same product on several Chinese dropshipping sites for many times less than what they sell it for… Clearly this is dropshipping gone horribly wrong. Not buying from here ever again.

I feel obligated to share my experience, since it was so poor. I ordered XL sized shirts (6’0”, 215 lbs), and when I tried them on the fit was very strange: the width was spot on, but the length was very, very short. I’m not particularly tall or wide (think more athletic build mixed with toddler dad bod), and even with small business retailers I fit into XL clothing pretty spot on. This fit was wildly off. Next, I made the mistake of not reviewing the fine print of the return policy before buying - anything on sale is not eligible for return outside of store credit. And guess what, everything is on sale, and their catalogue of stuff to use store credit on is tiny. So now here I am with shirts that don’t fit and a customer support rep offering me some uniquely awful return options. After asking if there are more options, I was offered a 50% refund to my credit card, so we’re getting closer to something reasonable, but once you add in the time to return, buy a box to return it in, and pay for shipping, I’ve essentially lost my money on this anyways. I’m mostly frustrated because I took a leap of faith on a small business and failed. Hope this review helps keep you from having the same experience.

The products were so bad it was second to none. Not even Alibaba fails this hard. I bought a shirt and pants of the ceo look. More like ceo of Temu! The fabrics were so bad you could HEAR the cheap fabric cause it sounds like a garbage bag crumbled. But thats not the bad part. The stitchings on both of them were dissolved Not just partly, but EVERYWHERE! The tag of the pants was also cut off already and hidden behind some little fabric piece... it was also not actually the size that i ordered, way too tight. Though i cannot say what size it was because of the missing label! Needless to say i couldn't keep those products. Thats where the support comes in: while all products were suggested to be from USA, the reality was made in china. The support still claims US legal and focuses on their store disclaimers of no refunds on sale items (it is always on sale). Foul scammy compromises like store credit or !! 30% !! Money back were offered. I had to follow up twice eventually politely pointing towards the Law in US aswell as Austria, where I ordered from. Austrian law would apply to me as the customer, but even us law of course overrules such store disclaimes and gives the right to full refunds for defective products. Only then was I refunded fully, aside from the shipping cost... BEWARE: Trytonetec.com often seems to change their company name to clean their trustpilot Reviews. Please watch out for these dirty scammers. You might not see your money back and definitely won't find anything as promised...

ORDER #31955 Ordered 3 shirt. 2 of them had the inner size tag cut out of the collar. I couldn’t even fit my arm through the arm hole they were so small. The 3rd shirt was black has the 2xl size tag. The inside of the black shirt is completely white and even button up with only one button undone you can see the white fabric and it looks like shit. Don’t trust this company!

The shirts feel like the most aggressively dropshipped item imaginable, the kind of thing you’d expect to find bundled in plastic on temu or alibaba for $8 (honestly probably where they're from). Buttons and stitching are falling apart after a few uses and the SMELL is unbelievable. The plasticky, packaging industrial odor that immediately makes you wonder how many warehouses and shipping containers this thing sat in before reaching your closet. Even after washing, the smell lingered. I genuinely felt like I was wearing straight chemicals.
