Great order cancel process !

It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive so I was sceptical, but the shirts really are as shown in the ads. I didn't want to try the ripping open trick incase I destroyed it but give it a little stretch down and it works perfectly. Materials science is amazing, I've got 5 now and I look much more professional in my work consultations and nights out than I did in badly ironed shirts or coat hanger shoulders. The dark colours like blue and green are almost exactly the same, but I'm not that bothered by it. They're a little bit satin shiny as well so that could be a love/hate opinion but I think they're great.

My issues were addressed and a solution was presented that was more than fair.

High quality products and a great customer service

We have ordered 10 of the Tonetec collared shirts in various colors. These shirts are amazing. As advertised they fit great, they feel great and they never wrinkle. I will definitely buy more soon.

Customer service was attentive and friendly.

They may get your order wrong, like they did with me, but they will make it right.
