I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from this company. I purchased a polo for $60. The material is 100% polyester. They advertise special wrinkle-free and stretch technology, but there’s nothing special about 100% polyester. SHEIN makes better quality shirts for 1/4 of the price. I asked to return the shirt for a refund, but they are denying it because I bought it “on sale”. It’s ridiculous that a $60 100% polyester is considered “on sale”. Stay away from this company.

The shirts have very strange dimensions and the customer services will do everything in their power to prevent a return. This is not a reputable company.

They asked me for a five star review and I obliged at first. I've worn the shirts one time and washed them and now they're falling apart. I emailed customer service to let them know I own NINE of their shirts and they are ALL fraying, seems aren't holding up and they were nice enough to reply with their return policy that says they will ONLY take care of something if I return it within 14 days, unused and unworn in new condition. So basically you buy these shirts, they take three weeks to ship from overseas, maybe four. If they don't fit you have to basically overnight them back to China at your expense but you can't return them if you've put them on. If you actually wear them and wash them you get one use out of them then you have to take them somewhere to get them fixed by a seamstress or you just have to throw them away. Just to hit all the points they ask me to hit in their reviews... Order time is terrible. It takes forever. Customer service is absolute garbage. They literally mocked me and told me I was out of luck because I had already worn the shirts. The quality is non existent. If they fit (they do run small FYI), they don't hold up more than 24 hours and then you basically have to spend more than you paid for someone to fix them or you just cut your losses and throw them away. Just to sum it up...their order time is crap, their customer service is absolute garbage so I hope the pretentious jerk that told me to read their return policy is reading this with that stupid smirk he wrote his e-mail with, and the quality is not even sub par. There is no quality about these shirts that will redeem them and no amount of snarky customer service can save an already bad decision. Do not buy anything from these people unless you just feel like throwing money away on a one time use piece of clothing.

Very disappointed with both the product and the service. The shirt quality is far below what was advertised — the fabric feels cheap and the fit is completely off. It looks nothing like the photos. On top of that, the customer service has been extremely frustrating. They refuse to issue a full refund and keep changing their offers — first 30%, then 50% — instead of properly resolving the issue. If I want to return the item, I’m expected to pay for the shipping myself, which is unreasonable considering the product is not as described. Overall, not worth the money and not a company I would recommend dealing with.

Be careful when buying if not in the USA. The business ships from their home country. If you're outside of that and the item doesn't fit, you've got to pay the shipping back to the USA. Their online advertising fails to mention this fact. Whilst I expected to pay for return shipping, I didn't expect to pay for international shipping.

Zero stars would be preferred. they stated they had a 14 day return policy. the shirts did not fit, not was the quality there. When contacted they said I was outside of the 14 days, which seemed to be a default answer. They were delivered on the 8th and the refund was requested on the 14th. Then they said no refund on sales items. Look I bought 3 shorts, tried one on and put them all in the bag. Now they refuse to honor their refund policy. Do not do business with this company.

Fraud company. I ordered months ago, my delivery never arrived, and after sending many emails every month they still didn’t refund my money. I ordered four shirts and completely lost my money. Very bad service. They are worse people I ever dealt with
