After about 6 weeks of using the product I'm noticing the subtle differences for improvement in my teeth. I have heavily stained teeth so I'm comfortable this will be a fairly long process. Seeing the changes though gives me encouragement. Also there is great follow up albeit to much at times but that's a nice problem to have.
