Shipping was pretty quick, arrived a week after placing the order. Wish the cord for the mouthpiece was a bit longer. First time using it so don’t want to give 5 stars without knowing the end results but so far so good! I’m starting at a 4 on the color scale so hoping I can get to a one by the end. Easy to use and was slightly sore for my sensitive teeth rinsing with water afterwards but it didn’t linger.
