I never got a confirmation email when it was shipped. My last purchase previous to this one learning that if you plug the device directly into a USB charger, most of the lights in the device stop working permanently.

So far so good! I am seeing real progress with the effectiveness of the whitening. I only have 2 real flaws/concerns: first, there really aren’t any instructions per se, in terms of how often in a 24 hour period can you utilize the product or once you have achieved your desires whiteness level how often should it be utilized to maintain this level. As well as the mouth insert digs/rubs into the lower gums while in use(no matter if it is used in the correct position or even upside down).
