Love the products. I had a slight issue with my wired mouthpiece. Quick email to customer service and it was sorted in days. New one sent out to me straight away. Great results and absolutely zero sensitivity on the teeth.

Hi, Kudos, sharing your experience in this review about our Customer Support Team for the issue you had with the wired mouthpiece is appreciated. Sometime Customers are not aware that simply reaching out to our Support Team will eliminate a concern they have for a broken device. Whether it is simply getting guidance to troubleshoot for operating a device or having to actually get something replaced without much of a hassle. Glad you are getting results and love our products. Even better when you can share that you were not put in discomfort from sensitivity to your teeth. Happy It Works for You Too! Another Satisfied Customer! All the Best, SNOW❄️Team

The communication was great. I had an issue and it got resolved in a matter of days. The product has also helped to whiten my severely stained teeth which was a n insecurity. Now I get told about how my teeth look whiter.

Hi, We want to express our deepest appreciation for you sharing your personal experience and the previous insecurities you've had before using our SNOW products. Our Teeth and Smile take up a lot of real estate on faces. It can be especially hard to be confident and our authentic selves when we are plagued by what our teeth looks like when we open our mouths to speak, laugh or smile. It really does alter our behaviors whether we realize them or not. Your transparency is very much a great help and service to others who too are dealing with similar concerns. There is hope and help in the unlikeliest of places at times. We think this review you've posted here is a Fine example of both. You said, "Now I get told about how my teeth look whiter." we can all use a bit of validation like this! Stay Consistent and Keep Smiling No Matter What; it's contagious (the good kind)! Thanks Again for Sharing, SNOW❄️Team

Second time ordering the Teeth whitening kit, and let me tell you it’s the best teeth whitening kit out there. I tried it once and I liked it, I went and tried other products but they didn’t seem to be as effective and efficient as this one so I went and got me snow again since they came out with a new and improved version and this stuff is MAGIC!!!! My teeth were already ok but now I’m noticing a big difference in just a few days of trying it out. I have to say I don’t think I’m ever switching products. Thanks Snow for whitening my teeth!
