It took about 3 months to be delivered which I'm not too bothered about but I have only been using it a week and now the light has Broken!! There is no customer care as I have sent loads of emails and not a thing back not even a acknowledgement email. It's a disgrace. Can't see any difference after a week but can't continue as the light is broken. Don't buy would not recommend this company

I believe this brand is real because there's so many good reviews, I just believe they are running their business poorly by taking on too many orders they can't fulfill as quickly as they come in and should have put a hold on all orders like so many other companies have during covid and not be greedy. They should be working around the clock, including weekends with extra hired staff and work simultaneously with the hours. I ordered may 4th and keep getting emails saying it's on the way. Last week I contacted them via email and IG and they both got back to me saying my order would be going out late last week or early this week. Well it's now mid week, I have not received a tracking number and I'm getting worried I won't receive it at all. It's a terrible way to run a business in my opinion, if it is in fact one. UPDATE since my post yesterday - I was just informed that my package has shipped and I have a tracking number! Will post again when it arrives to confirm this is not a scan. Update Jul 1 - I got it in the mail yesterday exactly as described. They just should post it's a 2 month delay, not 2 week delay. Happy with my purchase!

Also confused, all the comments are about staff when this is a home kit

I bought the product and used it for five days. On the last day my gums and inner lining of my mouth became sore and inflamed. This had happened on a minor level during the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time, but on the 5th time I had swelling that lasted for over three days. I have initiated a return and will update as to whether I do receive a refund. But, for those who have encountered issues with customer service to initiate the return, you can search for "how to return the Snow Whitening Kit" and a link to their returns site should pop up and here you can download a printable label. Now time will tell if the come through.

I honestly didn't see much of a difference. They claim it's going to be much more vibrant and I stuck with it for over a month using it twice a day, even using the max strength one. I left a comment on Instagram about my experience and how it didn't work for me as well as it was advertised to. And they blocked me. Buyer beware. All they want is your money. It's tempting to see all the influencers promoting this product and how great they make it look but this is coming from an honest reviewer who used it faithfully for over a month. Barely went up a shade. Lesson learned for me.

Their products work but it has one of the lousiest customer services ever. Don't even bother contacting them, they will not answer. Very difficult to track online, the parcel took more than two weeks to reach France...They do not use Dhl or Ups. I will not buy again from them.
