Hi, Within a Month that must have been a bummer. Good thing we have a Great 30- Day Return Policy. Plus, since the electrical devices have at the minimum a 1-year automatic warranty in place, we can quickly replace the broken device free of any additional charges to the customer. It only takes reaching out to share a few details via any of the following: call, email, chat or text, etc. to get our Customer Support Team started on the resolution process.
