I’ve been using SNOW products for a couple of years and have never had an issue ordering before. I live outside of the US and the product I wanted was not showing as being available. When I contacted customer service, they processed the order for me and were SUPER helpful! Best customer service I’ve had in quite some time.

Notified them of an issue. They responded quickly with a customer focused solution that was fair. I appreciated the way they responded.

Got the teeth whitening kit and am very excited to try it out!

The first person was not able to help me much but Sanaa responded later and she was a huge help. She was very courteous and prompt. She truly went above and beyond for me, I am beyond pleased!

I bought the whitening device probably two years ago and have used off and on. I have gone through the gels and ordered more. I went to ue the device probably two months ago and it would not power on, so I just wrote it off and forgot about it. I randomly tried to plug in again today and still nothing, so I sent email to request troubleshooting advice. Got immediate response and the agent has sent me a new device. This all happened within fifteen minutes. So refreshing to get quality customer service. I had almost forgotten it existed. Thank you SNOW!
