I researched teeth whitening products and decided on Snow no wire. I ordered in early June and did have to wait about 6 weeks for delivery. I did call and got customer service in Late June to check on the order and got a customer service rep who checked into it and told me because of Covid things were slow to keep all safe but my order was in order and I should receive it in 2 weeks or so. It came in less than 2 weeks, beautifully packaged and with instructions. I did the 21 days with the extra strength wand. I am very pleased with the result and the daily process was easy. I also had a question while undergoing the process. I sent a text and got an answer to my question the next day by text and email. I would recommend this product and the results. The wait was long to receive but I attribute it to the covid precautions . Denise

Excellent product and customer service. I had a product issue that was resolved effectively and efficiently by one their reps named Nallely. She is a shining star. Good customer service seems to be a dying art but it’s good to know that there are still some people out there working hard to keep the people who purchase their products, happy. Keep up the great work Snow!

Adding review just because of the negative comments regarding delivery. I know it’s frustrating but it’s coming direct from Arazona (the manufacturers). Continuous communication however I became a little frustrated so emailed them, they emailed me back apologising. Be patient, America has different restrictions to the UK covid19. It takes time to come from America anyway. People shouldn’t just review based on order delay. The product is easy to use and already seeing results. Thanks Snow!!!

Terrific, easy-to-use system with telling results. Fabulous value! The only thing I'm not a fan of is that I haven't figured out yet how to plug the whitener into my phone without the power to it cutting off. If I want constant power, I need to utilize the phone the entire time. Other than that - phenomenal!

Order around Thanksgiving, finally using the system. Been using it 5 days a week for a month and I’ve seen a change in 2 chart colors. Definitely helps with the stains of coffee and smoking.

I absolutely love the product. Other whitening products are messy and can cause discomfort. Snow is easy to apply and can be done anywhere. I rated my experience with 4 stars because it took longer than expected to receive the product in the mail. Other than the extended wait time, I would highly recommend to others.

I like the product did a really good job on my teeth. I will recommend it to my friend . I only wish it was a little cheaper.
