I purchased the Snow electric toothbrush, toothpaste and boosting gel. This is the first Snow product I have purchased. I have been using the products for about 2 weeks and I’m just not sure my teeth are getting whiter. Maybe I should have purchased the whitening mouth piece first. The toothbrush works fine as an electric toothbrush, but I was just hoping for quicker results. Maybe more time will change that!

The tray is too big for my mouth. I wish the company would offer options for sizes.

Not once did I receive a response from customer service after multiple emails. I finally had to resort to contacting my credit card company and then finally today, a month later, I finally get the rest of my products. In the box has a redeem free gift card to scan, but all it is a link to make you buy more products. It’s a scam.

I haven’t tried the products yet but the package was delivered open and tattered and some items were missing. This was definitely snow’s fault due to how my large order was horribly packaged- crammed in an envelope. In addition to extra accessories and small items, I ordered an electric toothbrush, the led whitening kit, and a water pic. I think snow thinks they’re an apple product because they didn’t bother to include chargers despite the really high prices. I ordered extra brush heads and they gave me black heads for my white brush.

I haven’t used it yet! Just got it in! But everyone I know that has it loves this product! I’m so excited

Just getting started. Might need to read the FAQ - like is it ok to swallow with the mouthpiece and serum? Is the mouthpiece supposed to fall off of the light/power source? Do the mouthpieces come in smaller sizes? Some of the initial questions that came up. Lots of messy saliva - is that normal? Also, 9-30 minutes? Assuming 30 minutes yields better results? And should you alternate between the different lights and what do they do? I saw a note on the instructions that red light is good for your gums? Can you spit/swish and put back in with red light? And for how long? Seems like there are other lights too - what do they do. Assuming blue is for teeth whitening? Not sure. Lots of unanswered questions and I’m just starting out so we will see how this goes.
