Arrived quickly. Have yet to try the product as it just arrived. Full kit ordered days ago came with expiration date of last month. Also ordered years supply of whitening pens, all of which expire in 6 months. Absolutely ridiculous to send out expired products and products that will expire prior to the length of use time. They contacted me back today and said they will send out new products. So that's great to hear. Will update review after I get those. Replacement items came. They expire in less than a year as well. Was told they'd have me return and would refund or to contact them a month before the expiration dates and they'd send me new wands for all the expired ones that were not used. I chose the latter, as it seemed like the easier option. They said none of what they had currently had a shelf life over a year. I wouldn't recommend buying a years supply of wands for this reason. I have seen no change yet in my teeth. I waited to open the products until this issue was resolved, so I only just started a couple days ago.

Wrote a review on their insta page, and they blocked me. Seems like they do this with every person that might write a negative review. Do you think I want to write something negative? Why should I lie if a product doesn’t work for me??

This product has made my teeth very slightly whiter, but I have had to stop using because of the agony I'm feeling in all of my teeth today. This pain is unbearable. Those people who say there is no sensitivity, clearly don't have sensitive teeth.

When it works, it's great. I have purchased FIVE systems since 2019. The first one I used was the hard-line mouthpiece, which worked fine, until the wire connecting the mouthpiece disintegrated after about 9 months of use. No big deal, I already had the wireless unit in back up. I was able to use that for 3-months before the entire unit malfunctioned and would no longer charge. I contacted their customer service and at first was super impressed by their service after being told that they no longer supported that model but since all their products are backed by a 5-year warranty, they would gladly send me a new one. I provided my preference for a replacement and then radio silence. They just evaporated. It was very disappointing and frustrating, to say the least. Fine. Maybe the units have been upgraded to be more robust by this point, and clearly the company has no intention of actually following through with their replacement warranty, so I buy 2 more-- 1 to use as soon as it arrives and the next for use should the first stop functioning. Well, within TWO MONTHS of use, the first one stops working. Completely. So I tear into the FOURTH system. The mouthpiece completely falls apart after the THIRD DAY of use. I contacted customer service just over two weeks ago, and have not received any form of response. I'm now onto my FIFTH system since 2019 and believe me when I say I will not be purchasing another. At $299 each kit, that not once has lasted so much as one year, let alone the 5-year that they claim their warranty covers (yet refuses to honor), it's just way too costly for what you actually get. I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality of of product and service of this company.

I haven't received my order yet and it's been 82 days since I paid for it! After a few emails to the support, I received a shipping refund (I didn't ask for this, I just want my order) but this was 31 days ago and I'm still awaiting delivery. I have emailed since, but haven't heard anything back. I am so disappointed and frustrated at this customer service treatment. **EDIT** The Snow team have since been in contact and had advised my order was lost in transit. I was offered a refund or a new shipment (and since I still want to try the product) I opted for the new shipment. This was sent on the 9th December. As I am in Australia, I don't expect delivery to be quick, however I will update as things progress.

I was actually thinking to get this product but after I came here and saw hundreds of 5 star reviews and they were all INVITED I’m like , no thanks

I used this for 2 weeks, twice a day and notice very little difference.. It's not worth the money

Honestly, this does not really work! My teeth were ok to begin with(A2 on the teeth scale). After using the entire kit, my teeth were marginally whiter( maybe half a shade). I feel like all the glowing reviews on line are suspect. Even elite footballers- Rob Gronkowski, are in on the action! The 2 stars are for the excellent customer service. One of the pens had broken & they sent me a replacement without any issues.
