Snow Teeth WhiteningReviews of trysnow.com

Tried to cancel order after discount didn’t come off they refused and then after lots of back and forwards agreed if I just refused the package ! They say package had arrived and delivered to safe place but I live on a main road and nothing here, they sent me a tracking number which is invalid, now do not answer and the contact phone number doesn’t work !! Con con con

This is a scam - not sure what is going on they sent totally wrong product and are clearly a very dodgy company - Do not purchase - the 5 star reviews are clearly fakes!!

Ordered snow kit came in a timely manner but mouthpiece will only work on USB port the phone Jack's didn't but to my surprise it does work i saw a good change in no time but the USB wire came loose since there is no customer service I mailed mouthpiece in with a note to my surprise I got a brand new one within 10 days but once again the phone Jack's don't work only USB and I tried them on several phones is there a trick or just a cheap product I'll never know since the CS IS NONEXISTENT BUT I HAVE FOUND OUT THERE ARE SEVERAL CHEAPER MOUTHPIECES OUT THERE GRONK YOU SUCK LOL

Terrible company! I paid $150 and never received the product. I have emailed several times and just get ignored. I can assume this is a fake company or one that direct care about overseas customers.. (maybe Donald trump is CEO)

Rating 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. This company is a scam. They have no working phone numbers. They do not reply to emails. Their published address is nothing more than a PO box at a mailbox company in a strip mall. There are numerous complaints against them logged with the BBB. They used my stolen CC info to process a fake order, and there are multiple reports of similar situations posted online. As for all of the 4 and 5 star reviews on this page, believe none of them. Click on the reviewers' names...they have all made positive reviews on the same small group of "businesses."

I bought the self sanitizing unit and it stopped working after one week use. After back and forth communication with their poor customer service rep., I had no choice other than accept a replacement. Because they will only refund 50% even it's because they sent me a defective unit. After I returned the unit, I didn't receive the replacement. I received half of the price I paid for refund. When I tried to call the customer service number listed on their website, it is not valid number. It's a trap working with this company.

I would give zero stars if possible. Numerous complaints that negative reviews are hidden by SNOW... I mean as if ANY company has 100% positive? They do not respond to messages even before purchase if you enquire about what if there is a problem, conditions of return and any guarantee that it works (Is there a refund if not?) They obviously don't want to reply to people who know this is a scam. Avoid.
