Money Grab, You can buy this stuff on Ali Express for $15.00 Free Shipping! This company taking everyone for a ride! I'm so annoyed I purchased this expensive piece of kit, when I was alerted by a friend that I can buy the exact same kit on Ali Express for $15.00 + Free Shipping. SNOW Teeth Whitening doesn't even work! I have used it now for over 2 months and my teeth still looks the same, they promise that it will remove coffee stains and wine stains. This is a total lie. They just use photoshopped teeth or models and paid influencers with already white teeth to trick us. SCAM SCAM SCAM Don't get ripped off and pay out of your nose for this expensive crap. The product arrived broken ($300). Tried for weeks to contact customer service through phone calls and emails. After no response hit their social media with no response. Stalked the owner on Linked in so I hit all his companies he is affiliated with, still nothing. I am out $300 and a broken whitening kit. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SNOW or anything affiliated with Josh Elizetxe!

after 4-5 uses cord stopped working and I have tried EVERY way to contact them and they will NOT respond. So frustrated

I have a defective LED mouthpiece that has an electrical short st the mouthpiece end. This problem began about 6 weeks after I began using the product. I have e mailed the company 5 times to have a replacement sent to me. I did get one response telling me to send an order number before a replacement can be sent. Nonsense . I have not record of the purchase to send. The company r mails me 3-4 times s week trying to sell me more product therefore they have all the personal information they need. A courtesy Lester or call would be nice which would show their concern about product reliability . No phone number to talk to customer service so I’m stuck with a defective product

Snow is such bad product! They say that you don't harm your teeth, but they use Carbamide Peroxide formula that actually just can't not to harm! Another thing is PRICE! Can't believe that someone buys it for 150$! Thanks for advertising and payed influencers, I bet they will say anything for free product lol. You can do whitening on your teeth in professional clinic for this price in more safe way. Or you can get similar product from Amazon or Ebay for 5x cheaper. Snow, you newer will be 2nd HiSmile, and yes, if you get reviews on Facebook, be brave and answer, not block people and delete reviews. It shows how weak you are, and cant handle any critics. I tried Snow for one month, mostly for 30 minutes each day. it did nothing!! Went to my dentist and they applied zooms and in two hours my teeth became four shades lighter.

This product is not worth the money spent. After I purchased the snow kit online, I started getting emails with deals to buy more, this happened a lot almost every day I would see specials from snow. Money Money Money that’s all they want. After using the serum for a 1 week or so. I found the serum in those wands doesn’t last long, very little in those wands. so I ordered the 9 serums to be delivered every 3 months, my first order arrived weeks after with only 6 serums, 3 missing, I emailed CS and they said they would replace the 3 missing which they did. I week later the blue light on the mouthpiece stopped working, again I emailed CS and the said they would send a new one out. One month later it still hasn’t arrived, I emailed them to see what’s going on with my replacement, they said they delivered it, I said no I didn’t get it, then they wanted me to fill out a theft report for the mouthpiece, I said excuse me, I could understand if it was the snow kit but not a plastic mouthpiece that was probably made in China for $5.00 if that. So I canceled all future orders of any snow products. My Advice, use the same email that you use to order this crap and they should respond, if you used your credit card to purchase this junk and you never received anything but they said you did, don’t pay the bill, call your credit company and dispute the charge..
