Scam !!! Stay away. After you pay them Money, They can't be reached. Even if you call them. They have direct Voicemail. Fraud Fraud!!!

It has damaged my teeth after the first use. All my teeth have been hurting for weeks. The company is functionally a scammer selling a sub par product. When trying to contact customer support it goes to a personal mailbox where it is full so by implication it is not a customer support number. They will not reply to the email inquires. They appear to fake the media online and seek to limit real feedback on the product intentionally to hide the problems.

Absolutely disgusted with their after sales service which is non existent!! Paid for my item which they were super fast to take but I’m still waiting for it to arrive several weeks later...... I wish I had never bothered ordering from this company and seriously feel this is just a scam to take your money - if this company was legitimate why would they totally ignore their customers? #DONTBOTHER

DO NOT, I REPEAT.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. I purchased the whitening kit last month and tried it for 5 days with no result. They claim to have a 30 day guarantee. I sent the kit back last week by certified mail and can see that it was delivered back to their office. However, now they are ignoring me and refuse to refund my money. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau today.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had because it does not exist. I used this thing twice and my teeth were burning bad. I called and called and called and called and nobody called me back for weeks. I then got an email stating I could not return it because it was open. The email was very rude. After leaving a tons of messages They said that would give me a return because I said I would leave a review and to give respect to the customers. I never met a company that gave such untruth cuz they never gave me my return money even after I sent it back to them. Then I went to Amazon pay and got a return because they lied on their website. Be careful because I returned a used product so they'll probably sell that again. So what they're doing is they're not replying back to the customer having Amazon give the customer money then having the customer return the product so they're double dipping. Lies lies and more lies.

WASTE OF MONEY. Poor customer service and just too expensive. Zoom whitening from a professional is much safer, smarter, and faster.

Sham of a company. Have tried to contact someone a dozen times to file a return. I've emailed, "live" chatted, called, and no one ever responds. They make returns impossible! I've filed a complaint with the BBB.
