Applied for 30 days, used extra strength, only whitened one shade. Not worth the time, effort or cost

Unfortunately, my high hopes for this product did not come to fruition. I used it faithfully for 30 days and had little to no whitening as a result. And then when I contacted Snow to ask for a refund per their 30 day guarantee, I was told that I had contacted them too late. Apparently, the 30 days begins when you place the order, not when you receive it or start to use it! So my strong advice is to skip this product. In short, it does not work as promised and they are very poor at customer relations.

I bought 2 units for $299 during the Christmas special. One mouthpiece doesn’t work. Have sent many emails.. they responded once telling me how to fix it and if it still didn’t work they would send a replacement. The mouthpiece Still doesn’t work and I can’t get them to respond back. Completely ignoring me. Terrible service for a product that costs a lot. I’m so mad I fell for this gimmick. Stay away.

I bought two wireless units, one was free with the other purchase. One quit working after two weeks and support to even get a response has been wretched. I have emailed, called, emailed, called, emailed, etc. When/if the company responds, it includes only instructions on how to make the unit work. One of the units completely overheats and is too burning hot to put in your mouth, this is after only two weeks use. No response from the company but more instructions on how to charge the unit. Very disappointing!

I have the same issue as the previous people. I ordered a $149 kit and never received it. Customer service number is a fake and they dont answer emails. The tracking number I got says a shipping label was created but USPS never got the package to ship out....total scam. You WILL lose your money. Please dont make the mistake of ordering from them. I have tried to contact them for about 3 weeks with no success

Scam!! $146 lost!! Stay away people. phone number associated on their website is Fake. they always leave voicemail. The email that is associated on their website, is fake. I have sent them 20 emails asking for refund. Guess what? No reply. Don't ever order from their website. I was trying to contact them through facebook, They blocked me !! 😡

Scam company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I ordered a kit and realized immediately that I ordered the wrong one so called. All I got was a full voicemail box. Tried to use their web form, no reply. Tried to call again today (after over a week) and selected a different phone option from the menu (sales). The message there was something to the effect of " You have not reached Snow's teeth whitening system. They have forwarded their phones to our number without our permission. If they are engaging in any illegal commerce, please report immediately to the FBI" and they repeated the web address a few times just so you can get it. According to my email, it was shipped last week but looking at tracking, a label was just printed out. Called my credit card company to reverse the charges and deal with these people. I suggest you do the same!

Terrible, not answering emails. Took the money, item not received.
