Snow’s customer service is very helpful. The original device I ordered did not work with my phone and when I contacted cs they sent out a replacement quickly. They also continued to stay in contact with me until I received one that would work. I am very happy with the effort and the time they put into making sure their customers are satisfied. As far as how the item works, I am starting to see a difference in the color of my teeth, it’s slow, but it seems to be working!! So, I would recommend this product.

What an incredible at-home whitener.... I have dramatic results, and no sensitivity on my teeth from the product. I did get some soreness on the inside of my lips, but I just downgraded to the regular strength and used it less frequently. I wish they would provide more accurate instructions (I had to dry my teeth before application, and continue reapply a second time within the 30 minutes, and use extra strength) in order to see my best results. I also wish they would tell us more about how to use products in tandem. Otherwise it would be a 5-star review... just a little more communication improvements to get there.

I bought the snow kit a few years ago I have used it here and there I haven't used it enough to see results sadly though. but I do enjoy that it's easy to use the gel is nontoxic and it's simple just to plug into your phone and you can sit there and just read or do something else while you're whitening your teeth. I love that the device is super mobile and that it's not what 1 of those gel strips that move around in your mouth.

I ordered whitening toothpaste and a tube of whitener. They also sent floss and a sample of birthday cake 🧁 toothpaste. Originally the order got lost in transit but the company did replace it. The toothpaste is ok. The whitener tube is stronger than other whiteners I’ve gotten. The birthday cake toothpaste is ridiculously delicious.

Love Snow! The strips are great and super easy. On my 3rd night. Tastes really good and I received it so quick!!! :P
